Job Description:
Garage Door Engineer required with immediate effect to install and repair all types of garage doors and automations.
Main areas of travel will include Norfolk & Suffolk and occasionally the rest of East Anglia. Must be flexible to carry out emergency calls if required. Ideally hold a CSCS card or NVQ. Competent with battery tools and have a good understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair Garage Doors at various customer locations around East Anglia.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in garage door systems.
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety regulations and industry
standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate service records and reports.
• Assist with technical support and advice to customers when needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation and emergency call-outs as required.
Key Requirements:
• Proven Ideally 5 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of door systems, including mechanical and electrical components.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid UK driving license.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Relevant qualifications CSCS or NVQ, & clean DBS.
• Previous experience with garage door brands (e.g, Hormann, SWS etc) would be advantageous.

team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of
automatic doors, ensuring they are fully operational and meet safety standards.

Anglia.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in automatic door systems.
