We have never before written a letter of this type. Two weeks ago we had a problem with our electronically operated garage door. The firm who installed it has ceased trading, so via Yellow Pages we telephoned Chapel Doors. The result was astonishing. An engineer called within 48 hours, identified the problem and secured the garage (the door had jammed half way open). A quote for the repair, servicing and installation was telephoned through the following morning. A week later, by arrangement, the work was carried out and the door was fully functional. This is, without doubt, the best customer service we have experienced in the last ten years. The engineer was fast, thorough, efficient, polite and considerate. Your office staff too were pleasant, polite and helpful. We thank you very much for a job well done.
